Mr Siddharth has been organising educational camps for children, especially underprivileged children and has been lecturing in schools and colleges.

In 2014 Mr Siddharth conceived the idea of a People's Jury for judging the candidates for the parliamentary elections. The Jury did a remarkable work.

He has been organising and conducting leadership development programmes in various places, including schools and colleges. .
